Pedro's South American Food

Pedro's was established in 2015, serving traditional and fusion South American food made from scratch on the streets of Milwaukee.

With the great acceptance from the public, Pedro wanted to expand and share more dishes and flavors that are staples of the Latin American culture and decided to build a second food cart that features Colombian style arepas.

Most recently, Pedro has expanded his operation to a food truck where both menus from both carts merged with an extended menu.
